In Search Of was founded in 2022 by Nafisa Kaptownwala and Natalie Lin.

In Search Of is a full service casting agency based in New York, Los Angeles + Toronto. The agency acts as a social archive, sharing stories of the often overlooked, documenting cultural moments, and observing the relationships between an individual and a shared collective experience.

ISO scouts between big cities to small towns. Through our scouting practice, we explore the idea that everyday people are deeply attached in the most ordinary of ways.

Working worldwide to share unique beauty and untold stories for projects in fashion, film/tv and commercials. In Search Of finds that the best way to tell a complete narrative is to utilize a full spectrum of talent possibilities – from everyday people, thorough web research to trained models and actors.
